Close enough to Alberobello for those with a car
Large reception area with a bar. Large rooms with comfortable wide beds.
We had to ask for breakfast dishes to be replenished and for the coffee order to be taken. And the indoor pool should be complimentary for guests!

If you want individual clients other than groups then treat them a little better
The hotel was nice, the room was nice, had great parking right next to the hotel. The check in staff were very nice
When we checked in there were no bell boy to help with the suitcases. Breakfast was mainly set up for groups, we didn't know and after we sat down and started eating we were rudely told to move to the corner. The groups finished all the eggs and we had to wait a long time for them to refill. The waiter was unpleasant and rudely answered me re coffee.
